1. How do I use a Promo code?
If you have a Promo code, you can apply it under the Promotion section when you are reviewing an offer or a purchase.
2. Why is the Promo code invalid?
Promo codes may be valid for purchases in a certain category or brand, or the purchase needs to hit a minimum spend. Please refer to the How to use section in each Promo code for the specific details of how you can utilise a Promo code!
3. How are Promo codes applied to offers?
You can apply Promo codes to offers. Take note, Promo codes have an expiry date, so once the Promo code expires, the offer will revert back to the original offer price.
Example:
John applies a 10 SGD off Promo code on an offer that he made for 100 SGD. It means that he pays 90 SGD + additional fees. Once the Promo code expires, the offer reverts back to 100 SGD + additional fees.
4. What if my payment fails for the order I made with a Promo code applied?
If the Promo code is a 1-time usage code, and your order fails to go through, it doesn’t count as a usage.
5. Why can’t I apply the 1-time usage Promo code?
There are a couple of reasons why you might be unable to apply the 1-time usage Promo code.
If you’ve applied a 1-time usage code on an offer, you cannot use it for a Buy Now purchase, unless you’ve deleted the offer, or removed the Promo code from the offer made.
If you’ve applied a 1-time usage code on an offer, you cannot use it on another offer too.
Please also check to ensure that your purchase meets the eligibility criteria of the Promo code.
