We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

We accept returns on purchases within 3 days of delivery, as long as the items are returned in the same condition, and still with the Ox Street verification tag attached. This also means you cannot return an item anymore if you have, for example:

  • Cut off lace bags

  • Swapped laces

  • Tried on the shoes

  • Or made any other changes to the product

Once an item is returned and has been verified again, a refund in Ox Street credits will be issued. Shipping costs, and additional fees will not be refunded, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ship the items they wish to return. Your Ox Street credits will be applied to your account once your item is received and verified.

After a buyer has double-confirmed an order, it is no longer possible to return it.

Sometimes a seller ships us a product with a damaged box or small defects. We will then reach out to you as a buyer with photos to confirm whether you are ok to proceed with the order.
