Once your item has been sold, we will hold the payment from the buyer until we receive the item and verify they are authentic. You will need to schedule a pickup time for your item within 2 working days. You wouldn’t want to wait either if you were buying!

Our primary mode of communication to you is via the email address you used to create your account, so please make sure to keep an eye on your emails.

To ship, simply pack the box carefully and securely, arrange for your pickup time and location, and make sure you don’t miss that meeting.

Note, if your sale is not confirmed within the first 24 hours, or shipped within the required 2 business days (Monday - Friday) your sale will be canceled.

To avoid any liability, items processed for return may only be shipped to the sellers return address which is confirmed on their profile.

Ox Street is not responsible for the loss or damage of items that are sent without making approved pickup arrangements with the Ox Street team.
